Our Regular Meetings
Introduction to our regular meetings
Sunday Worship
We hold a service for all every Sunday morning at 11am with youth work for children.
This is a lively time of worship, word, prayer and fellowship.
Small Groups and Bible Study
Every Wednesday morning we hold a Bible Study at the church from 11am - 12:30pm, where we explore God’s word together and pray.
We currently have two Small Groups running. One meets in someone’s house on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 - 9:00pm. The other meets on zoom on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9:00. In the small groups we have fellowship, study God’s word and pray.
Contact us for details.
Prayer Meeting
Prayer Meeting – Every Monday evening we hold a prayer meeting online from 7:30 - 8:30pm.
Here, we pray for the community, church and needs of the people and have seen many answers to prayer. We would love to pray for and with you.
Youth Ministry
We have a small, but growing Youth Ministry in the church on a Sunday morning. We aim to teach the children to have fun, grow in Jesus and learn Biblical truths and have three different age groups:
- Kingdom Kids: 0-5 year olds
- All Sorts: 5-11 year olds
- Clementeens: 12-16 year olds
Each group has teaching and application that is age appropriate. Our team of youth and creche workers are all DBS checked.
In Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. ~ Romans 12:5

At Clementswood we strongly believe that God calls each of us to a vision and purpose.
Our Mission
- To be a people that walk closely in relationship with Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
- To be a people who grow in gifting, knowledge and love with God.
- To be a people who live in love and unity with each other, who build the body of Christ together.
- To be a people who create an environment where everyone is valued, accepted, loved and empowered.
- To be a people who want to reach out to the world and see salvation, healings and lives changed for God’s glory.
- Summed up in one sentence, “The mission of Clementswood Baptist Church is to be a people who share a close walk with God, share close relationships with each other and share the Gospel with the world”.
Our Values
- We believe that the Bible is divinely inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is completely trustworthy and has total authority concerning all matters of faith and conduct (2 Timothy 3:16)
- We believe in the unity, grace and sovereignty of the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), who are all active in creation, provision, judgement and final redemption (John 14:26)
- We believe that humanity morally and spiritually fell from God’s grace. That we are universally sinful and guilty and that we therefore have a need of salvation (Romans 3:23)
- We believe that Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God, is the only way to redemption and deliverance from the power of sin, and salvation from sins eternal consequences (John 14:6)
- We believe that Jesus Christ was crucified, resurrected and ascended to be at the right hand of the Father. That salvation comes by faith in Jesus alone and that He is the architect of our justification (Romans 5:1)
- We believe that Jesus Christ will return to judge the living and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1)
- We believe that the Holy Spirit increasingly makes us to be more like Jesus through His constant work and indwelling (2 Corinthians 3:18)
- We believe that the Church is called to be a ‘Priesthood of all believers,’ and that our mandate is to ‘go into the world and make disciples of all nations.’ (1 Peter 2:5, Matthew 28:19)
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. ~ Matthew 28:19
